FAQs

Q: What are your ingredients?

A: There are only three ingredients: apples, cinnamon, and sugar. I also have options for no-sugar added and cinnamon-free versions.

Q: Is your applesauce healthy?

A: Yes! My applesauce is made with no preservatives (we freeze the product to preserve it) and only up to three ingredients, apples, cinnamon, and sugar!

Q: When can I get some applesauce?

A: Fresh applesauce is typically made each fall when apples are ripe. Once made, the applesauce is frozen and can purchased any time of the year, while supplies last.

Q: What size containers can I buy?

A: Generally, I sell quarts and pints.

Q: How much does your applesauce cost?

A: Quarts are $5 each and pints are $3 each.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Cash and Venmo are preferred payment options. If you have another payment app, send me an email and we’ll coordinate a solution! Payment in advance or upon delivery is preferred. We’re all friends, so whatever the situation, we’ll make it work!

Q: How long does the applesauce keep?

A: If kept frozen, applesauce can keep for well over one year. If refrigerated, it usually stays good for a few weeks, or even a month! (As if you won’t have already eaten it by then) If the applesauce does go bad, you can usually tell quite easily as you’ll see mold beginning to form at the top.

Q: What is the nutritional information for your applesauce?

A: Try googling “nutrition facts apples”. If that doesn’t work, here’s what the USDA has to say about applesauce https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/food-details/2346414/nutrients

Q: Why is there a referral field in the form?

A: I am always looking to get more applesauce to more people. If they mention you in their order, I can bless both you and them with a little extra special prize!
