How it Started

When he was a young boy, Joe’s parents made applesauce one year with him and his two brothers. As a family, they only made a little bit as a fun experiment with the kids. Little did they know, the kids would take to the applesauce and it would be gone within a few weeks! Joe particularly loved pouring the applesauce all over his macaroni and cheese. Yes, that’s right! Kids have crazy palettes! Still, today, Joe enjoys applesauce with his macaroni and cheese (though as a side, not poured over top).

Before long, every fall Joe helped his parents make the family’s annual supply of applesauce, which grew and grew as the boys grew older. Eventually, Joe moved out and went to college and stopped making applesauce. That is, until he finished college and had a full functioning kitchen again! He began to make the applesauce for his friends and family and has continued to enjoy making more and more applesauce every year. Today, Joe gets excited to find a new customer who enjoys his applesauce as much as he does!
